About the Marcos Morau Repertoire Workshop:

Throughout this workshop, an introduction to La Veronal’s KOVA movement language will be given. With the tools given, a deep exploration will be carried out through improvisation (and guided composition). Discovering an articulate and conscious body, a body available and prepared for the experimentation of movement in a detailed way, from different layers to a variety of dynamics. The repertoire of the Sonoma performance will be part of the material these days, which will mainly be floor work, active listening, and group work.

Description

About Sau-Ching Wong:

Sau-Ching was born in The Netherlands and moved to Barcelona Spain after graduating at CODARTS. Throughout her career, she has danced with Zappalà dansa, Leine & Roebana, Metrosdansa, IVONA among others, and in theater and cinema as an actress. From 2010 till today she worked with La Veronal and performed numerous shows in several productions. Apart from choreographing and collaborating with multidisciplinary artists, she has created her projects within the production platform Servicios Inmersivos, relating the body with technology and virtual reality. In recent years she has been in charge of the costumes in other dance productions as well.
